As a Senior Practitioner in the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to children. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each child. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure the well-being and development of children under your care.

This role is essential in fostering a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of children.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for children, ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in child care.
• Engage with families and caregivers to support the child s development and well-being.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry.
• Strong expertise in child care and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
