We are currently recruiting an experienced Child in Care Social Worker to join a supportive team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-structured service with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Children in Care, ensuring high-quality care planning and positive outcomes. The role involves:

• Undertaking statutory visits and reviews
• Completing care plans, pathway plans, and court-related work
• Working closely with foster carers, families, and partner agencies
• Supporting children and young people to achieve permanence and stability
