Children's SW - Care & Learning Team

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families.
• Providing direct support and intervention to children and their families in various settings.
• Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Participating in safeguarding investigations and ensuring the welfare of children is prioritized.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in children's social work, particularly in a care and learning context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a diverse caseload.
