Insight Care Group are a specialist provider of residential children's homes for children with learning disabilities, autism, complex behaviour, sensory and communication needs, attachment and trauma responses, and mental health needs. The home itself is a warm and welcoming three-bedded emotional behavioural difficulties children’s home designed to provide stability, support, and opportunities for young people to thrive. The home offers: a spacious games room; comfortable lounge area; dedicated quiet space; large garden for outdoor activities and wellbeing.

The Registered Manager has over seven years of experience in residential EBD care, including five years in a management position, and has successfully led teams in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care to children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. They have been described by Ofsted as being a manager who "keeps children at the heart of all she does."

• Basic pay: £13.30 - £14.30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus £50 per sleep-in
• Estimated package:
  Earn up to £33,900 per annum, based on 2 sleep-ins per month
• Enhanced Overtime Rate:
  An additional +£2.20 per hour over your contracted hours
