We have a fantastic position for a Hotel Ambassador at Moxy Birmingham NEC.

This role will predominantly be casual hours working afternoons and evenings; however, there could be some early shifts required. As this is a new role, hours will be flexible to start with and may increase as the role develops.

Moxy boldly breaks the rules of a conventional hotel stay across the globe. The non‑traditional experience starts with check‑in at the Bar Moxy and comes to life throughout its social public spaces.

Your role is centred around guest interaction, anticipating guests’ needs and creating a memorable experience.

• Welcoming all guests upon arrival to the hotel
• Assist guests with all needs
• Make recommendations
• Ensuring every aspect of the guests stay is perfect

Bring approachability, sense of humour and eye for detail – it is essential you are committed to providing great customer service and will ensure every guest has the best experience whether it is their first visit to Moxy or their tenth!

• Experience with in the service industry
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
