You will join the Breakfast Kitchen Team, working closely with the kitchen brigade behind the pass. You will prepare mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, ensuring all areas of the kitchen are clean and hazard free. You will support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieve all departmental targets.
Qualifications- Positive and energetic individual with great communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
