We are seeking a passionate and proactive Hotel Assistant Manager to support the Hotel Manager in leading our dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, people‑focused environment and is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across all areas of hotel operations. You’ll help recruit, train, and retain outstanding team members, uphold high standards of service and presentation, and contribute to the hotel’s commercial success.
In the absence of the Hotel Manager, you will act as the senior representative of the hotel, setting a tone of integrity, professionalism, and care. You’ll be a visible leader, actively involved in daily operations, and a trusted point of contact for both guests and staff.

Requirements- Strong Leadership skills in a similar environment with an eye for spotting future talent
- Natural coach able to give feedback day to day to improve operational success
- Excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly manner with the ability to liaise with teams from all areas of the hotel.
- Previous experience managing teams in a hospitality setting
- Proven track record in budgeting and cost control in a hotel environment where you had responsibility for stock control, budgets and waste
- Strong Food and Beverage background with a passion for local products and high standards
