This is an on-site, zero hour contract role based in Birmingham for a Mobile Catering Assistant. The role involves assisting with food preparation, serving meals to customers, and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in food preparation areas. Additional daily tasks may include stocking supplies, adhering to health and safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

• Experience in food preparation, handling, and serving
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel between different catering locations as required
• Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is an advantage
• Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Food hygiene certification or the willingness to obtain one is preferred
