This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Home Chef based at Tripura Resorts in Birmingham. The Home Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and crafting high‑quality meals, including multi‑cuisine and customized menus for individual guests or group events such as weddings and corporate gatherings. This role will also include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, sourcing fresh produce, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience by collaborating with the hospitality team.

• Cooking skills, with expertise in various cuisines including local and international dishes
• Menu planning and customization skills for events and diverse guest preferences
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and inventory management
• Ability to work collaboratively with the hospitality and catering teams
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Passion for providing exceptional dining experiences
• Prior experience in a similar role in restaurants, catering, or hospitality is an advantage
• A culinary certification or relevant training is preferred
