Our Meeting & Events Coordinators know that success doesn’t just happen, it’s planned. You will anticipate our guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering spectacular events of all sizes. You are a passionate, target‑driven organiser with the determination to pack our events diary. As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the meeting and events department.

Responsibilities
  • Anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering spectacular events of all sizes.
  • Plan and execute events to exceed expectations, ensuring seamless logistics and high guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Meetings and Events Team to coordinate resources, schedules, and support services.
  • Maintain and update event documentation, schedules and communication plans.
Qualifications
