Food & Beverage Manager

• Oversee the smooth running of all Food & Beverage operations across outlets and events.
• Manage and support the F&B team to ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to hotel standards.
• Monitor daily revenues, costs, and payroll to ensure operations remain within budgeted guidelines.
• Train, develop, and motivate the team, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment.
• Ensure all outlets maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service in line with company policies.
• Coordinate and oversee events and functions, ensuring successful execution and guest satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and World of Hyatt members.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints in accordance with hotel policy and report key issues to management.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service, efficiency, and profitability.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the hotel, particularly in relation to Food & Beverage initiatives.

As a Food and Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency Birmingham, you will lead your colleagues to provide the best possible experience for our guests. You should be a passionate self‑starter, a strong communicator who is outcome‑oriented, and able to support and lead your team to achieve and exceed guest expectations within Food & Beverage. A previous experience in large international hotels with a proven track record of improving F&B KPIs is required;

experience with Hyatt is desirable.

• Salary between £38,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending upon experience.
