As an Apprentice Chef, you’re not just working alongside experienced chefs to gain practical experience in a professional kitchen – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

• Support kitchen operations:
  Assist chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes to ensure efficient service
• Develop culinary skills:
  Observe and practice essential techniques, including knife handling, sautéing, and baking
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness:
  Keep all work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination
• Participate in Health & Safety development programs:
  Complete online food hygiene training to gain new skills and knowledge and advance your culinary career
• Complete all aspects of the training programme
• 4 days on site in the hotel, and 1 day in college
