Academy Music Group in Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to oversee three bars, manage stock, and lead a diverse front-of-house team across live shows, clubs and events.
The role requires experience in bar supervision, strong leadership and a commitment to high standards of service and safety. Regular evenings, weekends and holidays are expected within a full-time schedule.
