Aspire Lounges at Birmingham Airport is seeking a Lounge Team Leader Level 4 to drive guest service excellence and lead a frontline hospitality team. You will report to the Assistant Manager and ensure staff deliver Welcome, Relaxed & Energised experiences across all lounge shifts.
The role requires supervising staff, coaching and giving feedback, maintaining high health and safety standards, and collaborating with local leadership to sustain Aspire’s service quality and brand promise.
