Job Description As Spa Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional service standards, maximum revenue performance, and a positive, motivating environment for your team. You will play a key role in driving guest satisfaction, developing staff, and enhancing the overall spa offering.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing spa team. Ensure exceptional guest service and memorable spa experiences. Manage daily spa operations, scheduling, and staffing levels. Drive retail sales, treatment revenue, and membership growth. Monitor budgets, payroll, stock control, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Recruit, train, and coach team members to deliver excellence. Work collaboratively with hotel departments to enhance the overall guest journey.

Maintain high standards across spa facilities and treatment areas. About You Previous experience in a Spa Manager or Senior Spa Supervisor role. Strong leadership and people management skills. A passion for wellness, customer service, and hospitality. Commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive revenue. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and team performance. Flexibility to work weekends and peak business periods when required.
