Chocolate Product Developer (m/f) –

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking. As part of a cross‑functional team you will deliver RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance and productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.

Lead medium‑size reformulation projects across different chocolate category platforms, adding value to products and eliminating consumer‑irrelevant features; support procurement sourcing and business continuity projects; validate alternative limited‑flavour suppliers on sensory and process‑ability metrics; cooperate with subject‑matter experts to assure specifications deliver desired technical functionality and are process‑able; run pilot‑plant trials and basic sensory validations; challenge status quo to optimise formulas; work on flavour spec content reflecting industry standards;

cooperate within multifunctional teams to deliver solutions.

• University degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Chemistry or related area.
• 1‑2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of chocolate, sensory analysis, PLM, spec management, SAP appreciated.
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills (Polish) beneficial.
• General knowledge of food manufacturing technologies and ingredients; ability to operate pilot‑plant equipment.
• Good project‑management and negotiation skills.
• Enthusiasm, accountability, self‑standing, openness to learn.
• Can‑do attitude, creativity, and willingness to take on challenges.
• Ability to work independently in a diverse international environment.
