• Lead ecological surveys and manage projects from proposal through to completion.
• Prepare technical reports and Ecological Impact Assessments.
• Advise clients on planning and environmental matters.
• Support Biodiversity Net Gain delivery and mentor junior team members.

• Experience working as a Senior Ecologist within an environmental consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of UK protected species, habitats and environmental legislation.
• Experience managing ecological projects and producing technical reports.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Living in or within a commutable distance of the Birmingham office.
• Membership of CIEEM is desirable.
