Key Responsibilities

* Installation of Air Conditioning Systems:
Carry out full installations of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems to a high

* standard in line with manufacturer guidelines and industry regulations.

* Maintenance & Servicing:
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning units, ensuring systems

* operate efficiently and comply with environmental and safety standards.

* Diagnosis & Repairs:
Identify faults and conduct timely, effective repairs to minimise downtime for clients.

* Site Surveys:
Support in conducting site assessments and assisting with the planning and design of new systems.

* Customer Interaction:
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on-site, providing clear communication

* and updates to clients.

* Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all work is compliant with F-Gas regulations and company health & safety policies.

* Complete relevant documentation and service reports accurately.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other engineers, project managers, and office staff to deliver seamless service.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer

* Valid F-Gas Certification (Category 1 or equivalent) – Essential

* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Full, clean UK Driving Licence

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Willingness to undertake further training and stay updated with industry developments
