Air Conditioning Engineer - Birmingham & Midlands - £38,000-£41,000

• £38,000 - £41,000 per annum (DOE)

Our client is a well-established, family-run air conditioning company based in the Midlands, known for excellent customer service and long-standing client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their friendly and professional team on a permanent basis.

This role is predominantly service and maintenance focused, with some installation work, covering mainly local commercial sites across Birmingham and the Midlands.

• Service and maintenance work (approx. 80%)
• Installation work (approx. 20%)
• Fault‑finding and repairs on air conditioning systems
• Working primarily on Hitachi systems, with exposure to all major AC brands
• Attending predominantly local client sites
• Occasional working away when required (overtime paid)
• Providing a professional, customer‑focused service

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• Strong fault‑finding and maintenance skills
• Installation experience beneficial
• F‑Gas qualification (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, reliable, and customer‑focused attitude
