Multi Trade Operative – Birmingham
Join Clarion Housing Group as a Multi Trade Operative covering Birmingham, Coventry and surrounding areas. The role involves carrying out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, property MOTs and specialist trade tasks with a focus on delivering a first‑class service to our properties.
Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of maintenance and responsive repair tasks across multiple trades.
- Carry out void works, property MOTs and specialist trade activities with efficiency and within required deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer care and communication to residents and internal stakeholders.
- Valid UK driving licence – a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring and roofing.
- UK eligibility to work – Clarion does not sponsor visa applications.
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance is required.
- Salary: £36,000 – £41,000 plus bonus scheme and overtime.
- Permanent contract, 40 hours per week, based in Birmingham.
