Storage Site Assistant

Our independent storage client is looking to appoint a Storage Site Assistant for their Birmingham branch. As Storage Site Assistant, you will work as a vital part of a small team, responsible for the appearance and functionality of the site and to help ensure smooth running and efficiency at all times, as well as providing first class service to customers.

• Customer service
• Administration/ Accounting
• General housekeeping to ensure that the site is a clean, tidy safe work environment indoors and out
• Groundwork, painting, repair and maintenance work is completed safely and to satisfactory standards
• Ensure the total safe running of the site / locking up / opening up / setting of alarms and all procedures are completed
• Comply with all Health & Safety Legislation

Applicants should have a diverse range of skills and experience as this role requires adaptability, problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
