As a Roofer with us, you will be responsible for ensuring that all roofing work is completed to the highest standards, safely and efficiently. You'll work with minimal supervision while adhering to budget and time constraints. You'll also have the chance to build trust with residents by providing clear, professional communication and consistently aiming for a "First Time Fix."

• Carry out reactive and planned preventative roofing maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with minimal supervision.
• Provide clear explanations to residents, reassuring them of next steps.
• Take ownership of each job and strive for a "First Time Fix."
• Manage time and budgets effectively while delivering quality work.
• Operate in full compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest technical and legal roofing requirements.

• Proven experience in general roofing, including both pitched and flat roofs.
• Skilled in guttering installation and repair.
• Competent in flat roofing systems, including torch-on felt application and other felting techniques.
• Ability to safely strip back existing roofing materials.
• Experience with ridge work, including bedding and pointing.
• A full UK driving licence (maximum of 5 penalty points).

• Previous experience in social housing.
