Apprentice HVAC Controls Technician

You'll be supporting customers across the region while building a solid foundation in controls systems.

• Commissioning, programming, and setting up control systems, including communication links
• Troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing digital control systems
• Using advanced software, tools, and blueprints to diagnose, repair and optimise system performance
• Working on heat pumps and developing your controls logic and programming skills

• Knowledge of electronics/controls and HVAC, electrical or mechanical systems
• Familiarity with controls logic systems such as Siemens, Tridium, BACnet, Modbus, or LON is advantageous
• Knowledge of building environmental systems including HVAC, mechanical services, and thermodynamic principles.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills
• Experience with CAD/programming and diagnostic software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile apps to manage tasks and reports
• Valid UK driver's license
