Rentokil Specialist Hygiene Technician

We are currently seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our dedicated team at the Birmingham branch, covering Birmingham and the surrounding area. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

• Basic salary: £25,591 per annum
• Expected OTE: £33,000‑£35,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available
• Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, and RI Rewards
• Relocation package: up to £5,000 if moving over 2 hours away
• Full‑time, permanent role, Monday–Friday (40 hr week), potential for up to 48 hrs with increased salary
• Industry‑leading training; acquisition of relevant qualifications can aid grading and remuneration

• Working reactively in a fast‑paced business where work can change from week to week
• Working as part of an on‑call rota (typical twice a quarter)
• Offering valuable advice to customers when required
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Self‑motivated, reliable and proactive
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
• Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces
• Pass a DBS check and an enhanced security check depending on the role
