Gas Engineer

Fraser Edwards are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing Social Housing Contractor. Due to continued expansion, the business is strengthening its Gas Team, offering an excellent opportunity for a skilled Gas Engineer to join a forward-thinking and supportive organisation with long-term stability.

• You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality gas servicing and maintenance across occupied social housing properties, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent customer service at all times.
• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining domestic gas appliances including boilers, cookers, and gas fires
• Carrying out annual gas safety checks in occupied properties
• Fault finding and attending breakdowns efficiently and safely
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with current Gas Safe regulations
• Accurately completing job sheets, certificates, and compliance documentation
• Providing a professional, friendly, and customer-focused service to tenants
• Managing your own workload and daily appointments independently

• ACS Gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (or equivalent)
• Proven experience working on domestic gas appliances
• Previous experience within social housing or domestic environments (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong understanding of gas safety, compliance, and industry standards
• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
