Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our client's repairs & maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day upgrades and general maintenance.

• Carry out a variety of repairs in domestic/social housing settings, focusing on Carpentry / Plumbing / Plastering as the main trade
• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties
• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout visits

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in any relevant trade
• Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to perform basic secondary trades

• Weekly pay
