Independent Kitchen Fitter Social Housing; Void Properties

Bridgeman Recruitment Services (Agency) are currently looking for experienced Joiners/Kitchen Fitters to work on void properties across Birmingham. The role involves carrying out full kitchen installations within social housing and domestic properties to a high standard.

Duties Include:

• Fitting complete kitchens in void properties
• Installing kitchen units, worktops, and appliances
• Basic finishing works and making good
• Measuring and cutting materials accurately
• Working independently and from drawings/specifications
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred)
• Previous experience fitting kitchens in social housing/void properties
• Own tools and transport
• CSCS Card preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
