As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of a single site or small project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. This is a hands‑on role combining electrical installation work with site supervision, client liaison, and team coordination.

• Run daily site operations, supervising labour and coordinating works.
• Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, removals, testing, and inspection.
• Ensure materials, tools, and hired equipment are managed correctly and securely.
• Attend site meetings and liaise directly with clients on progress and site issues.
• Ensure Health and Safety procedures and company standards are followed at all times.
• Support operatives with technical guidance and problem‑solving on site.

• Leads by example on safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Is calm, organised, and proactive under pressure.
• Can manage a site independently.
• Takes pride in delivering reliable, high‑quality work.
• Builds strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

• JIB Approved Electrician (Gold Card).
• SSSTS.
• Previous experience supervising electrical works on site.
• Strong installation, testing, and inspection experience.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.
