Electrician – Birmingham – Domestic Social Housing Contract

We are urgently looking for an Electrician to work in Birmingham, on a domestic social housing contract for an electrical compliance provider.

Responsibilities

The work will include EICRs, testing and inspection, and associated remedials within primarily occupied local authority or social housing properties. The electrician will be required to complete the condition report and any C1 & C2 remedials.

Working Hours & Pay

Hours:

Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week.
Pay: £240 per day (CIS).
Own vehicle and tester required.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
2391 or 2394/95 test and inspection certificate.
18th Edition wiring regulations.
