£40,000 - £50,000 + OTE £70,000 + Personal Use Company Van - Door to Door + Overtime + Training + Progression

Are you a Service Engineer with any experience working with commercial air conditioning, looking to join a well-established family business who will provide you with door to door pay, generous overtime rates, extensive training and a clear route of progression?

Do you have your F-Gas and want further training to develop your skills working with commercial refrigeration systems?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing company in an autonomous role. You will be field based, travelling out to various sites in the midlands. carrying out service and maintenance on a range of air conditioning equipment. You will receive extensive training in diagnostics, working on industrial systems, and have the potential to move up to a senior role, with a great work / life balance through a Monday - Friday shift pattern.

This role would suit a Service Engineer looking to join a highly successful company, who are passionate about enabling their employees to reach their full potential and offer a stable Monday to Friday role with plenty of training.

The Role:

Completing planned maintenance and reactive works on commercial refrigeration systems
Extensive training provided
Covering a local patch with some further afield when needed
Monday - Friday 8:30-5 + OT at 1.5XThe Person:

Experience working with commercial refrigeration
Driving license
F-Gas qualified
