Service Engineer (Commercial Air Conditioning)

Birmingham – Salary £40,000‑50,000 per annum, overtime at 1.5×, personal use company van, extensive training and a clear progression path.

We are a well‑established family business looking for a Service Engineer with experience in commercial air conditioning. The role offers door‑to‑door payment, generous overtime rates and the opportunity to grow within the company.

Your responsibilities will include carrying out planned maintenance and reactive works on commercial refrigeration systems, travelling to various sites across the Midlands. You will receive extensive training in diagnostics and industrial system work, with the potential to advance to a senior role. The position follows a Monday‑to‑Friday 8:30‑5 shift pattern, with overtime available.

An ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with commercial refrigeration
• Relevant F‑Gas certification or willingness to receive further training
• A valid driving licence for travelling between sites
