Overview
Daniel Owen is recruiting for an experienced Carpenter Multi to join a busy Repairs and Maintenance team in Birmingham.

South Birmingham | Job Type: Temporary (12 Weeks Initial) | Sector:
Trades / Social Housing
- Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties
- Deliver high‑quality workmanship across carpentry, plumbing, and plastering tasks
- Take ownership of jobs and aim for first‑time fixes where possible
- Complete work within set budgets and time frames
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Multi
- Strong multi‑trade skillset (carpentry, plumbing, plastering)
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 5 points)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Experience working within social housing environments (desirable)
- Competitive hourly rate (£20‑£23 per hour)
