Hours:

Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week

Contract:

2-3 months (sick cover) with potential extension and possible permanent role

Pay:
Up to £25.50 per hour

A West Midlands housing association is seeking an experienced Joiner Multi-Trade to carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance in occupied social housing properties. This is a short-term contract covering sickness, with the possibility of extension and long-term employment.

Your new role Responsive carpentry repairs in occupied homes Basic multi-trade tasks such as patch plastering, minor plumbing, tiling and making good Working independently across local housing stock What you'll need to succeed NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery Previous experience in social housing reactive maintenance Own van and tools preferred (option for van provision later) Strong carpentry skills with multi-trade capability What you'll get in return Up to £25.50 per hour 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 2-3 month contract with potential extension Possibility of becoming a full-time permanent employee What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
