£12.75 per hour

• Carry out internal and external painting and decorating, including preparation work to walls and minor repairs to surfaces and structures prior to decorating/painting.
• Erect access equipment as required, ensuring appropriate training, access plant and temporary screening to protect the environment and people.
• Monitor decorating material stock and request new stock as required, ensuring all works are carried out within the approved budget.
• Keep all painting and decorating equipment clean, reused and best utilized.

• Recognised qualification or a minimum of 5 years checkable experience in painting.
• Preferred experience of a recognised apprenticeship.
• Organised, self‑motivated, with good communication and customer service skills.
• Full driving licence preferred (but not essential).
