Electrical Compliance Apprentice – adi Group

As an Electrical Compliance Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real projects, developing practical skills in installation, wiring, and electrical systems. Through the adi Apprentice Academy, you’ll benefit from a structured training programme, ongoing support, and the opportunity to connect with other apprentices across the business.

About the RoleYou’ll join a busy and supportive team, gaining experience across a range of electrical installation and site‑based activities. You’ll assist with installations and wiring, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company standards, UK regulations, and client requirements.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:Electrical installation:
- Installing cable containment systems including conduit, cable ladder, tray, and basket
- Working with SWA and data cabling
- Assisting with wiring of lighting and power circuits
- Assisting with fire alarm cabling installations
- Supporting general site activities and installations
- Following all health & safety procedures and industry standards
- GCSE Grade 4 (or above) in Maths and English
- A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Practical mindset with attention to detail
- Professional and reliable approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Aged 18+
