Secure long-term work as a Fire Stopper across Birmingham, earning £200 per day with weekly pay and a consistent pipeline of projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing passive fire protection contractor delivering essential fire safety works across residential, commercial, and public sector properties.

You'll be working with a well-established contractor that has built a strong reputation within the fire protection industry. With ongoing contracts across Birmingham, you'll benefit from steady work, supportive management, and the opportunity to work on a variety of fire safety projects.

I'd be keen to speak to anyone who has worked as a Fire Stopper, Passive Fire Operative, Fire Protection Technician, Fire Protection Installer, or Compartmentation Operative.

As a Fire Stopper, you will be:

• Installing fire-stopping systems in accordance with industry regulations and specifications

• Carrying out compartmentation works within occupied and void properties

• Installing fire batt and mastic systems, fire collars, fire wraps, and fire-rated sealants

• Fire sealing around service penetrations, ductwork, cable trays, and pipework

• Recording completed works through photographs and site documentation

• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest health and safety standards

• Working independently across multiple sites throughout Birmingham

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• A Blue CSCS Card

• 3 to 5 years' experience within the fire stopping industry

• A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one

• Strong knowledge of passive fire protection systems and products

• Experience completing compartmentation and fire-stopping works

• Their own van and tools

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Location & Travel
This role is based across Birmingham, covering a variety of residential, commercial, and public sector sites throughout the city. Birmingham offers excellent transport links via the M6, M5, M42, A38, and Aston Expressway, making travel between sites straightforward for operatives using their own vehicle.
