Mobile Handyperson / Caretaker
Location:
Newcastle Under Lyme
Temp to Perm – Monday – Friday 40 hrs
£9.50PH
Duties requested of a Mobile Handyperson/Caretaker:- Flexibility to travel to multi sites around the area
- Minor building fabric repairs
- Minor decorating tasks
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, Metre reading, water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.
- Liaise with supervisors
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a level of security clearance (Standard DBS)
