Proven experience installing and maintaining access control systems Strong fault-finding and servicing experience within security systems Good understanding of basic networking (IP addressing, switches, configuration) Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and travel nationwide Desirable:
Experience working with Paxton systems
Experience with CCTV and intercom systems Structured cabling experience (CAT5/CAT6) Broader knowledge of access control and integrated security systems
Roles & Responsibilities Install, configure, and commission access control systems at client sites Carry out planned maintenance and reactive service/fault-finding visits Install and service CCTV and related security systems Configure networked devices and integrate systems into client networks Complete structured cabling and containment work where required Maintain accurate job records and documentation in line with company standards Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism on-site Work safely and in line with company and industry regulations Travel nationwide to support client requirements Requirements As a Field Service Engineer, you will also be expected to:
Work independently and manage your own workload effectively Maintain excellent timekeeping and organisation Represent the company professionally at all times Be flexible with travel and working locations across the UK Be in a position to hit the ground running with minimal training Health, Safety & Compliance All employees are required to:
