Senior Shutter and Gate Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Shutter and Gate Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies as part of their expansive and rapidly growing Shutters and Gates department.
 
* Salary: up to £48,812 per annum (DOE)

* Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday + Door to Door pay
 
* Emergency on Call of 1-in-4. (Starts once competent)
You’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive work on a mixture of Shutter Gates, Automatic Gates, Sliding Doors, Industrial Doors and Gates and more.
This position will be travelling around various sites across West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Service, repair and installation on all types of doors and gates
 
* Planned and reactive maintenance
 
* Fault finding and repairs to estate equipment
 
* Complete Shutter and Gate Surveys and Reports as necessary
 
* Liaise with HQ to bring in specialist contractors if required.
