About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Plasterer multi to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across East Birmingham, Tamworth & Coventry.
- Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
- Experience in other trades to at least a basic standard, such as floor laying / plumbing / tiling / carpentry.
- Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing, attending to damp & mould ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.
- NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in trade
- CSCS Card
- Facefit (this can be sorted once started)
- Previous experience in plastering across social housing or private
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades
- Weekly pay
- Various pay options - PAYE / CIS
