Monday to Friday | Saturday Morning on a Rota

The Role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting the workshop by diagnosing and resolving complex faults while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment

• Identifying and resolving intermittent and technical vehicle issues

• Carrying out advanced servicing, maintenance and repair work

• Supporting fellow technicians with fault finding and technical guidance

• Working on engines, gearboxes and major component repairs

• Ensuring all repairs are completed to manufacturer and safety standards

• Accurately completing workshop documentation and technical reports

• Working closely with the workshop team to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction

About You

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

• 2+ Years Previous experience carrying out advanced diagnostics and fault finding

• Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills

• Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment

• Ability to support and mentor other technicians when required

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence

• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship
