Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Birmingham

£38,000 - £42,500 + £200 Standby + Appointed Person Payments + Free Parking

Monday - Friday | Permanent

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services plant to keep the site safe, compliant and fully operational.
• Electrical fault finding, repairs and compliance inspections.
• Maintenance of HVAC plant, lighting, power and building services systems.
• Client liaison, project support and participation in the on-call rota.

• HV & LV electrical systems, chillers, pumps and generators.
• HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs and BMS controls.
• General commercial building services plant.

• 18th Edition
• Electrical maintenance experience within FM or Building Services
• Strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of commercial building services
• HVAC experience advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence

• £38,000 - £42,500 DOE
• £200 per week standby payment (1 in
  4)
• Appointed Person payments up to £2,500 per year
• Free parking, ongoing training, career progression and immediate start
