Electrical Assessor (Full Training Provided) – Birmingham
Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 + Hybrid Working Role + Car Allowance + 33 Days Holiday.
OverviewQualified electrician required to assess, mentor and coach apprentices building their NVQ portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full training and support to apprentices.
- Review and assess apprentices during site visits.
- Track and manage apprenticeship progress and NVQ portfolios.
- Maintain accurate assessment records and report findings.
- Cooperate with training providers and client organisations.
- Qualified electrician with Gold Card.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Experience in electrical installation.
- Willingness to transition into an assessor role.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Able to live within 20‑mile radius of Birmingham.
- Competitive salary £37‑42k.
- Hybrid working arrangements.

- 33 days holiday.
