Sunseeker Boat Builder (August 2026 Intake) offers a 24-month fixed-term training contract at Sunseeker Shipyards in Poole. You’ll train in five core trades—composites, carpentry, engineering, electrical, and plumbing—at the Boat Building Training Academy in Poole, with full training and support provided.
Starting 17th August 2026, you’ll engage in a structured programme that leads to a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing qualification.
