• Birmingham - £45,000 Basic Salary (up to) | £55,000 OTE | UNCAPPED earnings | Company Van | Flexible working hours Our client is a leading Accident Repair Group in Birmingham, seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mobile Smart Repairer to join their expanding mobile team.

• Travelling across Birmingham and surrounding areas as part of a Mobile Repair Team
• Conducting repairs on customer vehicles at their workplaces, homes, and approved locations
• Carrying out body repairs, SMART repairs, filler work, and panel work to high standards as a Mobile Smart Repairer
• Ensuring all work complies with insurance and manufacturer guidelines
• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
• Using supplied work orders and tools to complete repairs efficiently
• Working independently while adhering to health and safety standards Requirements as Mobile Smart Repairer:
• Qualified or time-served in all bodyshop repair disciplines, with emphasis on Paint, SMART Repair, minor Panel, and Filler work
• Experience with insurance bodyshop methods is preferred
• Full UK/EU driving licence is essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
