Painter and Decorator - B4 Area, Birmingham
Pay: £18 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 18:00pm
Contract:
Temporary Contract
- Carry out painting and decorating duties including preparation, undercoating, glossing and emulsion.
- Undertake planned maintenance and responsive repairs to ensure properties remain safe, welcoming and well‑presented.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in all working areas.
- Provide excellent service to building residents, reporting any issues or follow‑up requirements to your team leader.
- Proven experience as a painter and decorator, ideally in a residential or facilities setting.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must provide own paint brushes and rollers.
- Competitive pay – £18 per hour depending on experience.
- Daytime working hours – no evenings or weekends.
- Temporary contract.
