SANQ Children's Services is seeking a dependable Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance Operative to maintain our portfolio of children’s homes across Birmingham and surrounding areas. This hands-on role requires pride in high-quality workmanship, with tasks spanning painting, decorating, carpentry, plumbing and general repairs.
You will work across multiple sites, complete planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure work is carried out safely to a high standard.
