The Mobile Maintenance Electrician 2391 role is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham, working across multiple client locations in the area. Day-to-day responsibilities include carrying out electrical maintenance, testing, and inspection, diagnosing faults, and completing repairs on a range of building services and equipment. The role involves performing reactive and planned preventive maintenance, ensuring systems meet safety and regulatory requirements, and accurately recording all work completed.

The electrician will liaise with clients and internal teams, prioritize workloads, and respond to call-outs to minimize downtime and maintain reliable operations.

• Candidates should possess strong Electrical Maintenance and general Electricity knowledge.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical issues.
• Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair capabilities for building services and electrical systems.
• Candidates should possess experience with Preventive Maintenance routines and schedules.
• Candidates should possess a relevant electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and 2391 or equivalent inspection and testing certification.
• Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel between sites in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
• Candidates should possess good communication skills, safe working practices, and familiarity with applicable electrical regulations.
• Candidates should possess experience in facilities maintenance or MEP environments; prior work with commercial or industrial sites is beneficial.
