Key Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
• Complete MOT inspections and identify defects in line with Vehicle Safety Report (VSR) requirements
• Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards
• Ensure all workshop tools and equipment are maintained and used safely
• Follow all workshop processes, health & safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate technical findings clearly with colleagues and customers when required
• Support and mentor apprentice technicians where appropriate
• Attend manufacturer training courses to continually develop technical knowledge
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to deliver outstanding customer service

• Qualified Level 2 Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician (minimum)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a vehicle technician role
• MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team

• Salary up to £55,000 OTE
