Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £55,000 OTE

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and highly respected automotive retailer in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
- Complete MOT inspections and identify defects in line with Vehicle Safety Report (VSR) requirements
- Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards
- Ensure all workshop tools and equipment are maintained and used safely
- Follow all workshop processes, health & safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate technical findings clearly with colleagues and customers when required
- Support and mentor apprentice technicians where appropriate
- Attend manufacturer training courses to continually develop technical knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Qualified Level 2 Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician (minimum)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a vehicle technician role
- MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
- Salary up to £55,000 OTE
