Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic / Head Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Mechanic will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet.

PLEASE NOTE EXPERIENCED IS NEEDED AS YOU WILL BE WORKING ON HIGH PERFORMANCE MOTORS Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and machinery to identify issues. Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other mechanical components. Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems accurately. Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology. Qualifications Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive or mechanical engineering are advantageous.

A valid driving license is needed Skills Requirement:
Advanced diagnostic fault-finding (electrical & mechanical systems) Strong understanding of modern electrical systems and wiring diagnostics Engine, transmission, braking, suspension and HVAC systems Dealer-level diagnostic software and structured testing procedures Fault isolation and systematic troubleshooting Hydraulic and mechanical component understanding (transferrable) High-pressure workshop productivity and time management Independent working and problem-solving Strong communication and customer-facing professionalism If you are passionate about mechanics and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
